The PACSystems RX3i power supply is a scalable, rack-based system, which provides fast and consistent control between separate modules.Users can develop and maintain their own custom control functions. This includes visualisation, motion, and networking.

Another great feature is the PACMotion Controller that provides all the flexibility and machine logic necessary to use advanced machine automation in your business.

Though designed specifically to support the PACSystem RX3i,only one IC695PSA040 power supply can be installed in the Universal Backplane at a time.The power supply is not compatible with other RX3i supplies, either in increased capacity or redundant modes.

The power supply has four LEDs that indicate the power supply’s status.The power LED is the top one and will be green when power is supplied to the backplane or amber if the power supply switch is off. When the P/S Fault LED glows red, the supply has failed and is not supplying voltage to the backplane. When the power supply is close to the maximum operating temperature or is above it, the Overtemp LED glows amber. When the power supply is close to or over the maximum output capability on any output, the Overload LED glows amber.

It is important that the door of this unit remains closed during operation.This prevents against shock hazards, which could cause severe or fatal injuries.
