Description
The GE DC Power Connect Board DS200PCCAG9ACB serves as an interface between the drive and the SCR power bridge.The DS200PCCAG9ACB board contains multiple connectors that supply power and control signals that transmit and receive information to the drive. A critical task in the replacement procedure is to remove the cables from the board and reconnect them on the replacement board.
The first requirement is that you remove all power to the drive. The drive is powered with 3-phase current. A power supply that delivers the specified current is connected to the drive and you can remove the fuses to easily turn off the current. All boards in the drive are secured on a board rack that enables you to move the front boards aside and access the boards behind them.
