The Foxboro RH924YA is a Field Control Processor Module (FCP) designed for automation control applications. It is part of the Foxboro I/A Series distributed control system (DCS). The RH924YA is a rugged, high-performance processor that can be used to perform a variety of control tasks, including:

The RH924YA connects to the Foxboro DCS Control Network via standard fiber optic or copper 100 Mbps Ethernet cables from network adapters installed on its baseplate. It can also connect to field devices via a variety of Fieldbus protocols, including Foxboro MODBUS, Profibus DP, and DeviceNet.
