The Allen-Bradley 1756-L55M13 is a Series A ControlLogix 5555 controller. While this particular controllerdoes not have a nonvolatile memory available, it does have a1.5 Mbytes data and logic memory and 208 kbytes I/O memory available. The 1756-L55M13 controller also has a weight of 0.35 g or 12.5 oz. It does not have an enclosure type rating since it is an open-style controller.

Aspart of the ControlLogix system, it is used in conjunction with the RSLogix 5000 software and located inside a ControlLogix 1756 chassis. It also has the capacity to support the following communication options: DeviceNet, ControlNet, Ethernet/IP, Universal Remote I/O serial, Data Highway Plus, Modbus via ladder routine, SynchLink, and DH-485.
